A) Über (Gratispaña S.L.) Hereafter known as “Über Online Store”
Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use Über Online Store. The below terms and conditions (“the Conditions”) and the Terms of Use apply to your use of this Über Online Store to any purchases you make through The Über Online Store. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Use and these conditions, the latter shall prevail. These Conditions and the Terms of use apply between you and Gratispana S.L. being the parent company whose registered office is at Futura 32 C/C La Colonia, 29670 San Pedro de Alcantara, Malaga, España cif: B92811868 Please address any complaints, queries or correspondence regarding these conditions or Über Online Store, to the contacts as listed on our page. .

C) Purchasing Über products
Eligibility to order criteria:
You may only purchase products:
- Available for sale and details of which appear on Über Online Store
- For delivery world wide – except UK and Ireland – please contact us at info@uberespana.com for instructions
- For personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. Über Online Store reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by Über Online Store
Details of the products available for purchase (including their price) are set out on Über Online Store. Über takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on Über online store are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto Über Online Store. Although every effort is made to keep Über Online Store as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Ordering Products:
- Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
- Follow all instructions.
- We use the Pay Pal service a highly regarded and secure method of payment. For Pay Pal terms and conditions visit www.paypal.com
- We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment
Über Online Store may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
- The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available
- Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price
D) Cancelling the Contract and Returns
Orders can be cancelled or changed at any time up to your order being processed at no charge to yourself. Please be aware that orders are normally processed on the same day they arrive. Email your cancellation to info@uberespana.com giving full name address and order reference number.
You may also withdraw from the order after dispatch, but no later than 7 working days after you receive the product and all seals must be intact.
Should you wish to return or exchange a product bought from Über Online Store, please follow one of the two returns procedures below.
1. Returns via a parcel carrier
If you request a return or refund before your order is shipped then the account from which the transaction was made will be refunded in full to the price of the order. If the order has been shipped then instore credit will be given on the return of undamaged goods. No cash refunds will be given. Über (Gratispaña S.L.) reserves the right to refuse a refund under unforseen circumstances. Seals must be intact . Pack your parcel with care; if you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return.
To request a return please email info@uberespana – titled Return Request, giving details of the reason for return. You will then be sent a returns form with a return number.
Then send the parcel to us at:

Über Online Store returns

We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it.
Please note:
- You will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order.
- You will be refunded the product price or exchange for the product once the product is received by us.
A refund of the delivery charge will not be given unless the products returned are incorrect or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state (in which case see paragraph “Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products” below).
- Once the packaging of a product has been opened or the product is returned by you other than in fully saleable condition, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they were delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state (in which case see paragraph “Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products” below).
- Where you return the product to us via parcel carrier, we will reimburse your carrier costs provided you send back, together with the product, a receipt evidencing those costs.
- If you complete our emailed returns form but do not then return the products we may arrange for them to be collected from you and you will be charged the costs we incur in making such collection (unless the products delivered to you were incorrect or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state, in which case see paragraph “Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products” below).
Incorrect orders and damaged or faulty products
If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we would ask you to follow one of the two returns procedures set out above. We will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge and any parcel carrier costs you incur. We will not charge you any costs we incur in collecting the products from you if you do not deliver them back to us.
F) GENERAL
Über Online Store reserves the right to:
- Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, Über Online Store (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you; Über Online Store shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal; and/or
- Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of Über Online Store (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using Über online store.
- If Über should change these Conditions, your order will be subject to the Terms and Conditions at the date and time of you placing your order. Copies of the appropriate Terms & Condtions are available by email from info@uberespana.com.
If any part of the Conditions is declared unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed deleted from the Conditions and the remaining provisions of the Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Spanish law applies to these Conditions and any dispute relating to the Conditions shall be settled by the Spanish courts.
